QHotels Breakaway Club, as revamped and relaunched by Wish, has generated over £1 million of revenue in less than six months.
We’ve been working with Q Hotels for around six months to create a new image and invigorate communication to potential new Breakaway Club members.
After rebranding The Breakaway Club, Wish produced three highly targeted mailings for distribution to customer and prospect lists. Existing members were asked to recommend a friend whilst members of Q Hotels’ health clubs, were invited to join the Breakaway Club, as were previous visitors to any of the Group’s 21 luxury hotels across the UK.

The re-launch of the Breakaway Club has, to date, generated over £1 million in revenue with almost 8,000 members enjoying exclusive hotels at fantastic rates. At over £15:1 the return on investment is outstanding.”
